In this four part series you will learn:
- To connect, strengthen, stretch and relax your body and mind with gentle yoga moves.
- Bring your body and mind back to balance with simple stress release techniques including, breathing movement and meditation that you can apply in your day-to-day.
- I will also share simple weekly self love assignments to practice at home if you wish. You may share your weekly progress before or after class.
