In this four-part-series you will learn the most important postures and concepts that will help you make yoga a lifelong practice. I will break down the most common postures that may present challenges in a regular yoga class, teach you how to use your breath to gain focus, energy and calm your system.
By the end of the series you will experience a simple sequence including: salutations, standing postures, basic arm balance, backbend, neutral postures, twists, forward bend and relaxation. You will also have a chance to enjoy moments of silence and relaxation. Welcome to your practice.
